Have you ever gotten a numeracy and literacy test in a job interview?

Yeah I did get a literacy test twice actually. Not a numeric test no. One was for a department of therapetuic shit and another one was foreign affairs department. But it wasn't about if you can read and write, it was more about how do you solve this problem and present it to us in our government language.

I didn't get the job cause I am wild motherfucker sxb when I am given something, cause I get real, break down shit in my head, work out how can i relate this problem to something easier and what I would do, then I look at the people who will read it and the job I am going for and it's culture. It's weird my thinking processes, but it's chaos in my head, it's not like most people where its logical
