This is one heartbreaking documentary. The brother going through his older sibling’s belongings and his father’s journals really affected me. It seems in their society self-worth is tied to occupation when it really shouldn’t be.

My heart breaks for the parents who did what they thought was right as they loved their children too much to kick them out. I feel for the depressed recluses as well who felt unwanted and useless to society. Both sides needed support and love.
