That's a dhulbhanate from Yemen, Oman, Kenya, A warsangeli from somalia, djbouti, Yemen, Kenya,any of the 8 isaaq major subclans from hawd, kenya,Djibouti,middle east, an iise and gadabursi from hawd or djbouti, a fiqishini hawiye in Somalia, a gahayle majerten in Somalia etc etc. And then any somalian that was born in Somaliland before the mentioned date, regardless of his clan.
