It's interesting to see how this contrasts with the Somali government's approach to citizenship. For those of you who are not aware, all Somalis are automatic citizens of Somalia. In 2019, the Somali court ruled that someone from Djibouti is a citizen as a matter of birth right; sending him a passport when Norway wanted to expel them from the country.

In Somalia, a 4.5 clan system is in place where the parliament are given seats based on their tribe, then they are bribed by a foreign somali stooge who they select as the leader of the country. No accountability and no representation of the residents, aside from some strange 4.5 clan affiliation in parliament
