Convenience store is easy and profitable if you live above the store and financed the purchase of the property. But renting a store is quite unattractive. These Asians all financed it and pay mortgage over it.

In every Somali neighborhood you will find a corner shop that sells all Somali stuff with a butcher inside too we are advanced from the Indians
