i'm trying to figure out what this concoction is. Im still lostBread with mayo, bbq sauce, ketchup, salad cream and cheese![]()
lemon/lime are the devil. Makes everything taste amazing. they replace my salt/seasoning in eggs. Normally I toast one bread (with olive oil), scramble 1 egg (without seasoning) and put one sliced avocado on top of that. Then I squeeze half a lemon on top and eat it. I drink water with it.That's my usual breakfast. In between this and lunch i eat a cup of fruits or 1 yogurt (depends on what I'm feeling). Lunch i eat whatever is cooked that day at home just in a small portion. If nothing is cooked that day, then I just eat another avocado toast (1 slice of bread, 1 egg, 1 avocado). Dinner is some more fruits or a small sweet. I started eating like this a week ago and lost 2 lbs without workout. I'm scared that this new obsession that started today is gonna kill my flowEggs and lemon?? I’ll have to try it-

salad cream and cheese??
I used to be a cheese addict wallahi. I still am, but ramadan has cleared my palate of cheese and I've managed to stop adding it to my meals.I make a cheese omelet every morning. Sometimes with some chicken sausage.
i usually eat 2 in the morning and maybe 2 for dinner if I don't want to cookhe's not wrong. Eating 1-2 eggs a day is ideal. 3-4 is okay if you got intense gym sessions. Above that, you are increasing your cholesterol.

i also like to eat eggs a lot. So i usually eat 1 in the morning and 1 later in the day. I try to limit myself to that. If i ate 2 that morning, then i don't eat eggs again that same day. But today I ate 6, bisinka!i usually eat 2 in the morning and maybe 2 for dinner if I don't want to cook![]()

loooooool!I work out. Im scared for my cholesterol!! I looked up "eggs and cholesterol" all these websites talking about diabetes and heart attacks. Im gettin a bit spooked
Don't worry- you probably haven't gained weight over the eggs. eggs aren't too high in calories
Balance. If you're old or have heart disease: best to eat eggs on rarer occasions if you must, or not eat them. If you're young and healthy, eat eggs now and then. Every day might not be the wisest, long-term.I work out. Im scared for my cholesterol!! I looked up "eggs and cholesterol" all these websites talking about diabetes and heart attacks. The research around it is a mixed bag because of context, cohort, study design, and issues with controlling for confounding variables, so one needs to take a measured approach. This is not to say I know the answer, but there is not much confidence in the studies either.
Time to find some new brunch recipes that don't include eggs.loooooool!Just try to lower it down from now on and replace it with fiber. Ask lemon/lime to those

I used to make something similar just without the spinach and oven. I would melt the cheese on the piping hot finished scrambled eggs. Sounds amazing abaayo. I'll try it inshallah a few months from now when I'm not on such a strict diet. Did you boil the spinach or were the just spinach leaves? That sounds so good I’ll try it. I love making a specific kind of egg and cheese breakfast sandwich lemme put yall on too.
I toast an everything bagel, put butter on both sides then I whisk two eggs together with a little salt and pepper and fry it to make an egg patty.
Then I put the egg patty on the bagel, add a slice of cheddar cheese, raw spinach and a little bit of buffalo hot sauce for extra flavour. Then bake it in the oven until the cheese melts (takes about 5 mins). Chef’s kiss.
When I tell you guys this is sooo delicious I mean it. I’ve made it for others before and they all say it’s the best breakfast sandwich they’ve ever had. Try it
