I've become obsessed with an egg sandwich I made at home out of desperation since I had no avocado left for avocado toast.
I take 2 loafs of bread, wipe virgin olive oil on both sides and toast it on a pan until it gets nicely brown/crunchy. I scramble 2 eggs with no seasoning in a small amount of virgin oilve oil. I add a tiny bit of bassbass (few drops) and squeeze half a lemon on top of the scrambled eggs. I assemble that in to a sandwich using the toasted bread earlier and eat it. When i first made it I thought it would be bland, but the olive oil taste, the tanginess of the lemon, and the tiny after taste of bassbass made it really flavorful and delicious. 
I was very much surprised!!!!
i've become obsessed! Bisinka! i've eaten this as all my three meals today
Is this shit even healthy?!
