It most likely originated in the Maghreb or at least all the E-M35 lineages found across Northwest and Northeast Africa as well the Middle-East and Europe pretty much did. Pretty early E-M35 subclades like E-M78, as far as I remember, have been found in Epipaleolithic Maghrebis. These saaxiibs then just seem to have migrated eastwards and passed E-M35 to Epipaleolithic Egyptians and Levantines (like Natufians) who then dispersed spread some E-M35 lineages to the rest of MENA and and East-Africa in large part thanks to the expansions of the early Afro-Asiatics out of what is now southern Egypt and Northern Sudan. We Horners just seem to have preserved the most ancestry from these early AAs with our high E-M35 frequencies and loads of early Cushitic ancestry (even Xabashis are like 60%+).

E1b1b lineages like Hitler's probably started out in the Maghreb, walaal. Then they expanded to places like Egypt, Bilad al-Sham, East-Africa and Europe. It just changes the idea that E1b1b originated in the Horn to having originated in the Maghreb but these ancient Maghrebis were not like modern ones and were basically 50-50 SSA and ancient MENA mixes and we are about as descended from them, especially paternally (Y-DNA), as modern Maghrebis are.
