Workers in Japan took Fridays off, and productivity went up 40 percent.

It won't work in most countries because the Japanese are freaks of nature when it comes to work ethics.

I think it is a great idea. 3 days off from work makes u miss work.

As for productivity, i don't think it makes sense, people always fake their productivity

England is a land of lazy people. If they got Friday off then they would be even less productive.

an Englishmen takes 1 month to complete a job that an American does in 3 weeks.

my brother works 4 on 4 off. The 4 he works he does 12 hours. I hate him as he has 4 days for himself. When he needs holiday he just book the 4 days he works and he is off 12 days
