I've realised it's western born Somali kids that get mad when they hear somalian. They've been taught to self hate. They look down on guys who rock the macawis to the cinema and have bloated cheeks from chewing khat. No love for their own culture or dhaqan.

It's actually better to understand people. Everything in business can be explain with science and logic but when you deal with a dozen or millions of people becomes a dark art.
