Is Trump's refusal to concede the Election setting up America for some long-term division?

This Donald Trump guy, in his pathological ability to never admit that he lost, still can't concede the election

Something like 70% of Republicans think the election was rigged. Most of them have said they might never vote again

When people don't buy into the system, if they don't believe in it, then what's the difference between the US and some third-world country?

How could 1 man single-handedly destabilize a great nation so effortlessly?

To your last point, trump isnt a sole contributer, the seeds have already been planted for decades, trump just swooped in at the right time

i predict as time goes by and the country's parties and voter base become more radical in ideology all out war will break lose

Trump took these trends and put it on steroids

Same with Bernie Sanders and him popularizing Far Left ideas. Although Bernie himself isn't technically a Communist, alot of his supporters admitted that he put them on that route, and they went further Left than him.

Something like a third of Millennials are actual Marxists, and another 25% are MAGA chuds. Both sides are extreme as f*ck and they can't ever reconcile their differences

Could this lead to serious instability?

Take us back to Bill Clinton vs George Bush.

Back when nobody gave a shit about politics and the US wasn't so polarized

I didnt know it was that much, though these two extremes live two different realities with views and with all the animosity (social media plays a big part) by their voter base and their politicians they are best not together unless some uniting happens any time soon, really I don't know 🤷🏾‍♂️

You can't reconcile between Marxists and Trumpers. That's the issue.

Even Joe Biden and Obama are hated by both the Far Left and the Far Right.

In all honesty these extreme ideologies were bound to take root due to the failures of the statu quo, and what i notice is that both sides seem to somewhat agree on the same issues in their society, its their solutions that are vastly different, and the rhetoric and media deception (especially from the right) is what bridges the gaps, comprimise in implementing their solutions is the only way forward, but tensions between the two are very high and its likely impossible,
