It's a very degenerate act which for some time now has been a phenomena of some sort mostly by blacks.
There's alot of risks involved, oral sex & infection
However, in this century a new and serious cocern has emerged.
There is a very widespread virus called {Human papilloma virus} commonly known as (HPV).It causes cancer of the cervix, cancer ofthe anus & some other benign and malignant growths - including genital warts.
If I can remember correctly In the 2006, scientists began to pay attention to an Oncologist called Mura Gillison, based at John Hopkins University she had been pointing out for some years:
* The incidence of a certain type of mouth & throat Cancer is rising. [ Cancer of the head & neck]
* The increase has been happening in people who don't have the traditional `risk factors’ like smoking and drinking.
* This type of Cancer is associated with the presence of HPV in the throat.
Besides all of the risks associated with this act It's your mouth the same mouth you read holy Quran with the same mouth you give your kid a good nights kiss the same mouth that you'll kiss your mother‘s forehead with the same mouth when you smoke up with your mates ( for those of you who smoke & etc..

I just don't imagine myself using my mouth for them sort of purposes, 
maybe I say this because I don't have a beautiful halimo before me and we're about to get it on...
because I'm guessing most of the time what people do in sex comes down to the impulsive desires that arise once they're doing it. 
So imo I can't give no definite answer because I'n not in a state of sexual arousal with a girl to have sex with, you think a woman will openly answer whether she would or wouldn't give head?
Obviously no, that is if she has respect for herself
, but maybe she would if she's with a guy she loves and she's in a particular state/mood, this is why these questions are flawed and only lustful people answer so extravagantly..
