Since oil prices went negative will these gulf arab nations stop funding them?

The arabs might fight each other since they have little to no resources and were just starting to diversify their economy, unlike Qatar who did this well before the crisis.

Also al shabaab move to the highest bidder and with the government forces hunting them like dogs in in the south, they may actually be forced into a peace treaty for the time being. I however would not stop until every one of these khawarij are sent to jahannam along with all the young boys they decieved.
