I've been largely irreligious for a few years but I've been heavily debating becoming Muslim again these past few months
Whenever I am in doubt, I just take the Quran, flip to a random page and read the translation of it and EVERY time its accurate and it helps me be unwavering. mabye you should try that and also another tip is try 7 layers deep so start with any topic like "I am Muslim" or in your case "I left Islam" then say to yourself why you left it and give an answer and then give a why to that answer and answer again and repeat it 7 times or more till you feel really emotional or you feel that your heart is FULLY clear.

Ex Muslim spaces aren't as fun to hang out it in. These spaces are usually always filled with non somalis. In fact I rarely ever see somali niggas in them. Usually like 1 or two xalimos but that's about it.
The Xsomali reddit is dead ass just a vent space. I try to avoid that place. Honestly I don't think there's an actual Xsomali community IRL. I think a lot of these Xsomalis tend to just assimilate amongst the gaal communities they live around and disappear. The gays probably hang out with each but besides them I think the straight Xsomalis just avoid each other.

Yea that sub's most active members are young ex Muslims. Young ex Muslims tend to be the most radical. Most of them live with their families as well.
