Technically they are the same thing if we take out the few that are mixed with Indians. Both came from the same set of slave ships from the same areas the only difference is that some where taken to south/north American and some to the Caribbean islands.

Which AAs are you guys seeing
They are like every other women plus the average halimo has bigger legs and arm fat then the skinny faraxs you guys feel sorry for and no matter how much bigger a woman Is compared to a man the guy will still come out on top unless she is a trained fighter because muscles work differently and as guys we naturally pack more of a punch so size Is a non issue cross gender it's only an issue if she is way bigger then you and trained and even then you can still over power her more then she can again you.

Compare Jamaican to AA culture. The Jamaican have identical west African culture, I always thought that Jamaican where in Africa the shock when I discovered there werenβt from Africa
