No. Isaaq is the most extreme example of a tribe where a decent amount openly don’t identify as Somali. Somalia hasn’t really been a united nation since 1978. Don’t know if it ever will be between terrorism, corruption, and of course tribalism. Seems like Somalis are more interested in killing each other

I think there's bound to be some similarities between nations that border each other. Just look at east asia (china, korea, japan, etc), europe (germany, austria, poland, etc), the balkans, and so on you can't tell me they have nothing in common.

The only similarities we have with you guys is genetic profile. But you guys have more Semitic dna than us. We Somalis tend have more Cushltic DNA. Which explains why we’re homogeneous. We’re the purest Cushitic groups in the Horn of Africa.
