Although what the Japanese empire did to Korea was utterly atrocious, it does not even compare even the slightest to what Africa has gone through. Give my statements another read, you’re obviously not understanding what I’ve written. Comparing a 35 year occupation to African colonialism, subjugation is a bit silly.Japanese Empire.
Idk but for Somalia, Korea was far worser off than us as they were colonized for longer and restricted way more than us and as for us being under the Italians and brits, we were so autonomous that we were just a colony by name and yet the Koreans are now a first world power we are also capable of thar but sadly the Koreans weren't restricted with something we were restricted with. clannism. we all know full well that the ONLY thing holding us back is clannism and if that was gone or never existed or was phased out, we would all be chilling in Somalia rn and it being a 1st world country with our lands and people united. the motherland is somewhere where one has TRUE dignity.Although what the Japanese empire did to Korea was utterly atrocious, it does not even compare even the slightest to what Africa has gone through. Tribalism is differently a massive issue in our society, it has helped transform our nation into what it is today. In saying that, the Koreans did have a massive advantage that we have never had, and that’s the full investment and support of the west (specifically the United States). But alas no matter the challenges we have faced and will face in the future, it is the fault of our leaders for getting us to this stage of existence. I’m not a fan of the Iranian regime, but they are a perfect example of keeping one’s country safe and secure no matter the odds. Even if the entire world is against you. If only our leaders of the past had that thought process.Idk but for Somalia, Korea was far worser off than us as they were colonized for longer and restricted way more than us and as for us being under the Italians and brits, we were so autonomous that we were just a colony by name and yet the Koreans are now a first world power we are also capable of thar but sadly the Koreans weren't restricted with something we were restricted with. clannism. we all know full well that the ONLY thing holding us back is clannism and if that was gone or never existed or was phased out, we would all be chilling in Somalia rn and it being a 1st world country with our lands and people united. the motherland is somewhere where one has TRUE dignity.
Exactly the Iranians with no support from the world prioritized education and harsh centralization to keep itself as a stable regional power and we probably could have had that route as a option if it weren't for clannism.Tribalism is differently a massive issue in our society, it has helped transform our nation into what it is today. Is not disingenuous to compare complex agrarian societies that produce enough food to self sufficiently support large populations and fund nation states to decentralized AfricaIdk but for Somalia, Korea was far worser off than us as they were colonized for longer and restricted way more than us and as for us being under the Italians and brits, we were so autonomous that we were just a colony by name and yet the Koreans are now a first world power we are also capable of thar but sadly the Koreans weren't restricted with something we were restricted with. clannism. we all know full well that the ONLY thing holding us back is clannism and if that was gone or never existed or was phased out, we would all be chilling in Somalia rn and it being a 1st world country with our lands and people united. the motherland is somewhere where one has TRUE dignity.
Am I talking about Africa? or am I talking about Somalia? Is not disingenuous to compare complex agrarian societies that produce enough food to self sufficiently support large populations and fund nation states to decentralized Africa
I always thought sudan is light years ahead of us and they might even beNever, just look at the countries that we thought 10 years ago had a great future, like Sudan and Rwanda. Things are unstable in Africa. A war will happen out of nowhere.
They are advanced and as a people they are better than Somalis, but they have begun to regress a lot in the last five yearsI always thought sudan is light years ahead of us and they might even be
Also don’t mean this to deride or lower Somalis many other things we excel at and honestly could succeed over them as we are , despite how trite and paradoxic it has become to say: “homogeneous”They are advanced and as a people they are better than Somalis, but they have begun to regress a lot in the last five years
Oh alright then, carry on.I don't consider them our brothers. I just pay attention to those countries mainly cause we got a lot of somalis living in them. That's it
