Because Somalis have a large diaspora population compared to Ethiopians or Kenyans. Somalis greatly outnumber Ethiopians in Europe and Canada. There is a significant Somali population in Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda as well as in the golf.

Ethiopians don't see each other as fellow Ethiopians, they speak a bunch of different languages and look racially different. There's no unity between them like with Somalis, ironically.

Fortunately they live in a police state and everyone is forced to behave. We all know what would happen if Ethiopia continues on this downward trajectory.
