Is the word waryaa offensive or not🤔

Very funny video but I agree with the man. Outside of my parents and parental older relatives, I would feel offended if someone called me waryaa and no somali outside of my family has called me that word.

Now is the word waryaa not offensive in some parts of somaliweyn? Or depends on the family. Curious to know your answers.
