That is my dream bro, getting rid of qabilism is the hardest part as even diaspora born Somalis are corrupted.. But the first thing is to acknowledge the problem and then work on ways to eradicate it completely.

I want to see progress in my lifetime, even if its something as small as peace. We can still be poor but if we're at peace amongst ourselves then I can take that as a win. Depressing to say.

I feel the same, I don't trust any Somali politician, they're all opportunistic, corrupt and use qabilism to divide and gather support.. This is why it is so important that our generation and the next ones after us don't follow on the foot steps of the older generation...it really makes me angry knowing the masses are being held hostage by few individuals who have managed to break down our whole race and turn us into tiny qabiil fiefdoms who serve foreign interest.

We could do such great things if we worked for a collective good. We started off so strong but we never recovered from the Barre regime. I would like to see 1m1v, putting the power if who is elected into the hands of the people. The people need their voices, I'm sick of hearing clan politics when it's gotten us nowhere in 30 years.

If there was a way to link like minded youth like us to form a block to make a impact it would've been great. Unfortunately corruption is rife and unless you have everyone in your financial pockets.
