Doesn't matter if USA had prior intentions to invade Somalia, what matters that AY failed to reach a settlement with ICU and resorted to the nuclear option which is inviting Ethiopia. Would Amhara people be willing to throw their lives away for a man who facilitated attacks on their own people? Abiy isn't as popular as he seems, disliked by his own and those around him.
