I asked about other clan fiefdoms not the FGS. Are you claiming that there is no state/stability/institutions in Puntland?
What does Somaliland offer its citizens beyond stability which other clanstates clearly do offer? better healthcare, education, job opportunities ? Is life that different for a somali who lives in Hargeysa vs one who lives in Garoowe or Galkacyo?
Also if the institutions in SL are so good they could’ve avoided a whole clanwar & been able to hold on to the eastern part of Sool and Sanaag, no?

The problem in SL is Isaaq noone else the rest is just distractions. Has it crossed your mind the current status quo and strategy of somaliland is what they want? If they get independence HY will.launch a civil war, if they don't get it Habar Awal.will, so being a fictious country actually kept their issue from ending up like South Sudan.

Political limbo is in Xamar not in our end and everyone in the world knows that Somaliland is a sperate independent self governing entity where Xamar has no say in it.
