Somalia has limited sovereignty, but this isn't new, this shit has been going on for 30 years. Last time Somalia was relatively sovereign was before 1991. Even if Farmaajo leaves office the real next president of somalia si whoever has the Un ambassador to somalia position.
Swan probably discussed how Ethiopia and Kenya can both benefit from Somalis fighting each other, these guys are preparing the partition plan for Somalia.
