The dictator in Djibouti is supplying Afar militas with weapons to slaughter Cisse residents in the region. From a close friend of mines an Cisse lad who told me that there is tensions & deep friction between the Cisses living in Djibouti & those living in Ethiopia exploited by Ismail Geeleh. Djibouti has the powers to intervene secretly but Ismail Gueleh doesn’t want to empower the Cisses in Ethiopia because he believes they will eventually become a threat to his regime.

I feel its not true, cause he has war with eritera!!.
