I don't think she's Somali Bantu, considering they wouldn't be showing arms like that (most are conservative). She gives off uncharacteristically chubby West African vibes and is likely a francophone. Somali Bantu aren't overweight like that; most are skinny and shorter than Somalis. Their look is different.
