Last time a reer PL joined the SNA he ended up getting set up by one of his own comrades from an AS affiliated clan who gave their position to AS. It was widely covered story, SNA itself is a security threat to PL due to the amount of moles, infiltrators, mooryans, criminals and general reprobates in its ranks, it would be suicide to let the SNA into PL.

And that being said you guys have bigger priorities down south, you shouldn’t be focused on us.

United States military is not in every state sxb, regardless of what region soldiers come from. They each have a guard for their state that is under the command of the elected governor for the same reason you mention, avoiding dictators.
