I know many relatives who have taken that questionable trip out of the country to some third world nation ( I consider all non-western nations as third worlders) to get that tummy tuck and buttock fattening all of a sudden. These relatives fall into the middle age subgroup that are probably having a mid life crisis like most normal westerners. So are my relatives headed to jahanam for improving their sex lives ?

Uh from my understanding plastic surgery is permissible for health issues ( breast reduction to reduce back pain, nosejob to improve air flow, liposuction for weight loss etc).
Other than that I don't think it's permissible as you're modifying(tummy tuck and buttock ) a creation of your Creator. Allahu Aclam.
