Is it possible to be in a Islamic marriage but be boyfriend/girlfriend in West to fool kafir courts?

I am almost in completing my studies and I don't want half of my income every month to be taken away from a disgruntled woman when I am working a good job with money.

Is it possible to tell the courts that we were just boyfriend and girlfriend if she ends the marriage so she is not eligible for anything?

A brother I know has divorced his wife and he is paying spousal maintenance on top of child maintenance for the little boy. This order has made him lose alot of weight and he looks mentally empty and has become dark skin while his former wife has become become a bit fatter and she looks happy and has even become light skin.

I want to be protected from the scam of spousal maintenance if she decides to go crazy and end it. Would saying that she is my girlfriend fool the courts from not making me pay spousal maintenance?

Its simple. Don't marry below your socioeconomic class. Marry cross.

In the event of devorce ( the sweat relief of inevitability ) you each get equal share of your belongings and since there was no gap to begin with, your are NOT in a disadvantage.

Make sure to collect dirt on her during your marriage to use it in court against her to get full cubstody or at least co-parenting role of your kids.

Pay the fucking child support. That is your kid.

Say she is your girlfriend. The whole point of telling the gov is so that your wife can decide a medical decision for you like taking the plug out. You also benefit from low taxes and cheaper insurance. If you say she is your girlfriend the only thing they can come after you with is child support. Most somalis don't tell the government they are married unless children are involved and even then they don't get remarried in court. I know a somali who has 2 wives here both with children. How do you think he explained to the government. Anyway I will be doing the same thing. It is none of the government's business.
