Is it possible for elections to be held in One city?

According to few sources and also rumours there has been word going around that elections will be taken place in Interim/capital of FMS just like in 2016 instead of 2 cities and also the Ergo will be shrinked from 101 to 51.

Is this possible yes or no?

It's possible but if you choose based on which locations have the most delegates/seats it would be:

Dhusamareb>Galkayo
Baidoa>Barawe
Kismayo>Garbaharey
Garowe>Bosaso
Beledweyne>Jowhar

That would invalidate September 17th agreement so probably not possible
