I think the sissy gay guy stereotype is outdated.

The only way to tell who is gay nowadays is by how they talk, but then you can only catch the extreme gays with that who primarily socialize with gays and get that accent.

The only other reliable indicator is a 20s/30s guy who goes to the gym a lot. Fags are into musculature. Buff men = 10x more likely to be gay than regular shaped guys. Sad but true.
