Is it Easy to get over the American Border??

Lately all I keep seeing on Social media is a lot Somalis going to Usa by tahriib going through Brazil,Panama,Mexico than cross the border imagine it’s gonna cost quite a lot to do this journey

Im just curious if a person come into the country this way can they work and get citizenship?

Reason I’m wondering is I’ve got couple relatives who are going to the Us this way one of em they both got 20k they are ready to spend on getting over there

I’m not from the US but I’ve heard of Mexicans who came to the Us jumping the border they got no citizenship or papers even after 10 or 20 years living in the country

Many of them will spent the next 5 years in limbo. They ain’t easily gonna get the papers. They’ll get the work documents. Only few of them will a green card in the first two years.

logically speaking 20,000$ for tahrib is a good investment. A full time minimum wage job in a blue state pays around 30,000$ per year. If they manage their finances right and live a frugal life style, they could be sending 7,000-15,000 dollars back to their families per year.

Actually crossing the border is very easy. Border patrol is abysmal. You will be an illegal immigrant though and be stuck in legal limbo for a long time. If you’re illegal, I’m pretty sure there is no way for you to apply for a green card

So if someone is illegal I’m assuming they can’t bring over their wife and kid in somalia?

Yeah no chance they can bring their wife and kids over while they are still undocumented. Most Somalis will probably claim asylum though since Somalia is deemed dangerous. If you are granted asylum there is potential for reunification. Mexicans are the ones who normally enter illegally. Pertaining to work, if you are illegal it's probably not that hard to find work since most places don't ask for documents. Officially though, illegals are not permitted to work

Illegals are in the states all the time. Usually they birth kids in the states that way the kids are natural citizens tho. A lot of Latino migrants do that

THEY CANNOT WORK AS A TRUCK DRIVERS.

They’ll able to work at warehouses.

They can also work at professional jobs if they had a certain talent.

I have a cousin who studied in Uganda & then Malaysia. He got a degree on Civil Engineering. He received a job in Hungary. He worked there for like 5 years but because they wouldn’t give him a citizenship and they were paying low he flew down to the US. We found him a Xaliimo to marry. It’s been like 6 months. She applied for him and he already got a work permit. We told him “ don’t you dare use her for sharci. Fear Allah” and he replied “I won’t! I really like her”
