Islam's core tenants is older than the existence of Arabs, goes back to first Prophet Adam.

Not every messenger was Arab Prophet Muhammad SAW was just one of many, there has been other books that Allah gave mankind before the Quran and they weren’t in Arabic and you can repent to Allah or make dua in your own language so Islam doesn’t belong to Arabs.

A video was made on this recently by ILM film. They had a good discussion on this exact topic.

Qur'an was revealed in Arabic and will be left in Arabic for the preservation of the text and it's original meaning.

By translating it and forgetting the original text (like what the Christians done) we end up with multiple versions that might even conflict themselves.

It's a blessing/miracle that we have the Qur'an unaltered and perfectly preserved in its original language.

“Verily, We, it is We Who have sent down the Dhikr (i.e. the Qur’aan) and surely, We will guard it (from corruption)”

When Latin was dropped by the Catholic church, while other Abrahamic religions retained holy tongues, Catholicism collapsed -perhaps independently. Meanwhile, pple in fastest growing religion pray in classical Arabic a tongue <20% understand & < 4% speak.

Also learning Quranic Arabic has nothing to do with supremacy since most Arabs you see today don't even speak Fus'ha Quranic Arabic but instead speak their own modern dialects and have trouble understanding the Arabic of the Qur'an.

Why we have to learn quran in arabi is to not change the meaning. The Christians instead of learning the language translated it many times to the point where there script is conflicting. And you do not speak to Allah in Arabic. You can make du'a in any language.

Islam used to advocate for religious pluralism before salafism came along in the 20th century. Thats why you find that Islam in past developed differently across different cultures. The Islam in Central Asia culturally differs from the Islam in the Arabian Peninsula which differs culturally from the Islam in West Africa etc.
