Is investing in the Agricultural sector profitable?

Say if you was to invest in a 40 hectare Farm in Somalia and produce foods that are high in demand locally or you can export, would you see high ROI?

@Prince of HS The agricultural model from my analysis is a 'loss industry'. Factors to consider.

1. Time-Effort involved. Some items might even be season dependent
2. Over-supply globally n locally which puts prices down constantly.
3. It's fresh produce industry, it will 'expire n rot' u can't store it n wait till prices r better
4. Investment capital involved. Seeds-Labor-Equipments-Water-Transport against the product unit pricing is very low.
5. The biggest issue is 'time', money making is linked to returns vs time of those returns being greater then inflation - expenses.

@SPMLegend when his 'adeer' sorts out JL, we gonna convert it to 'safari' parks, much more money to be made from that then farming.

Farmers are backbone of country. America they get so many cheap loans and govt even buys their stuff if market is bad to ensure they stay in business. Somalia needs to do same once we stabilize. This video show competition though on world stage they have crazy machines , genetically engineered crops, fancy pesticides, soil studies and crop rotation. Somalia we freestyling mostly
