Someone retweeted this earlier today. Emirates is opening an office in Hargeisa.
Military base, Berbera DP World, FlyDubai and now Emirates. UAE is really up to something

Yh I was walking past that office today I think they have it for people connecting to emirates flights after fly Dubai because they have a codeshare agreement and both owned by the Dubai government and work together extensively
