Is Djibouti or Rwanda the singapore of africa

I personally believe that Djibouti could be the Singapore of Africa since it's in a strategic location just like Singapore and if they had good leadership they could achieve it.

I don't believe that Rwanda is Singapore of Africa because it's in the middle of Africa and less strategic position than Djibouti, they could be the Switzerland of Africa but not Singapore.

What is your statement on this?

Singapore has a huge Han Chinese population that have connections to China. That is what made it so rich.

Djiboutians have no cultural ties to other Africans. A South African or a Nigerian would not be interested in investing in it.
