Is dir grave located in dirdhaba?

I read on a somali site that dir died in dirdhaba hence the name, And that a mosque was erected on the place he died can anyone collobarate, Does anyone know the place i want to visit it and pay my respect to my grandfather

Dunno, but the oromos are claiming the dirs and well claim him as well if what you're saying is true

It's dirir or dir dhabo which means
dir = tribe
dirir = fight, quarrel
dhabo = rise , move up
it is where dir's fought Italians

Dir is quite old and fragmented tribe. Their homeland is said to be in the Northwest which makes sense but they moved southward (correct me if I'm wrong).

However, I read that the Tomb of Samaroon is alleged near Erigavo. :kanyeshrug:
