Egypt the biggest arab force, and one of three powerful power in the Middle east doesn't want to ruin its relation with Iran. Egypt sees confrontration with Iran as unnecessary, and make no sense.
Egypt said to US it doesn't want to be part of that Arab nato.
When Egypt and several Foreign minister of Israel; UAE Morroco, US, and Bahrain meet up, Egypt immedietly stated that it was only to push peace talks, nothing else.

Morocco and Algeria have good relations with Iran, and they are far from being Arab Nato, for them being distance and Algeria cant sent soldiers outside its borders.

They betray each other till today for money no such thing forming, but i won't be suprised if they'll be used as puppets since Biden travelled to saudi and had meeting with these states. They're lap dogs of the west
