Is a visa required to enter Somaliland through the airport?

Fellow non-lander passport holders, do we need their visa to enter Hargeisa airport? I haven't been in 4-5 years and then the visa was new so they let me go for not having it.

It’s a pay on arrival if I remember correctly and there’s no time limit. Obviously I haven’t been back to Beesha Barakaysan in years so there maybe small changes that I may not know of
