Koonfur galbeed has given abundant representation to Daaroods and hawiyes in SWS. Daarood OGs have 3 MPs in SWS when they only occupy one degmo . Hawiyes have several MPs when they don't even have a single degmo. I think we reer SWS have been very generous in power sharing in our state.

I am only advising that fair represention be given to all of the clans that live in SWS. Nothing more or less.

That was the best solution. 6 gobol kgs would have been very good but Daaroods were against it. It was shared very fairly with Reewin president Daarood VP and Hawiye gudoomiye parliament. It was reer puntland who stood in the way and supported A Madoobe who wants OG dominated state with other clans under their foot.

Buraashadleys had a whole waziir previously. So they definitely have representation.

Hawiye have MPs through xoog that's the reality not fairness. When lower shabeele is liberated then their MPs will be lowered substantially.

SWS is divided based on deegaan/degmos not 4.5.

Did u guys share parliament based on last official borders/districts of 91, like Puntland? if so how many districts are in SW, 3 states? what is the total MP count for parliament, what is each district portion, is it under a common rule untill a census is done each district gets 3 mps or did u boost some degmos out of 'corruption' mind u corruption means not following a 'uniform rule' for all.

Middle Jubba have plenty of clans and I do know that non-Daroods make up a significant portion of the population. But I'm not sure if you're majority in Gedo, unless the eastern side of the river have a greater population than the western side.
