Is A Jubaland Peace Deal Possible? Only If There is Clan Will

Dr Osman wants Puntland to discuss mediation between Sade and Absame to create a Jubaland where all clans feel ownership and inclusiveness. But this is difficult matter as both your clans have chosen the zero sum route(winner and loser) and we know that hasn't worked in Somalia for 30 years, you have refused the more wiser win-win solution(requires concessions from both) and a strong will on both side not 'fake'.

If you two are not prepared for concessions, you will stay in the zero-sum cycle. Where Sade will uprise for 10 years and do everything it can to take down Jubaland or Absame wins and repeats the same strategy. Remember it's zero sum, where co-existent and equality isn't allowed in such system.

The Model I proposed and it's benefits have been stressed many times to both of your clans.

1. Presidency to 1 clan
2. Capital to another clan
3. Parliament to D/M
4. Vice presidency to the clan who isn't president but the capital.

The Benefits of this is an inclusive power-sharing. The capital will get the lion-share of the development and also feel the govt is marti in it's region and surrounded.

Benefits of the presidency is the clan who takes this will need to perform and keep corruption low, becuz the president is in a social check n balance with the city or region not being his, like happened to Siyad In Hamar.

Well then prepare for SADE uprising for decades untill they do find a partner in the SFG who will assist(for dubious reasons of course to see JL fall). As for u sade u have chosen this route also, so when u do win, watch absame uprise for 10 years till he does find a partner to eliminate you. Winner-Loser mentality politics, if only it did work, we would see it's marvel in Somalia.

You can't discuss win-win with clans who hold such failed policies when they know zero sum never happened in Somalia and their repeating it, I feel sorry for their kids in the future saying why were their leaders in the past so backward, knowing zero sum doesn't work and is nothing but just 'clan bravado'.

Its not just MX, but even OG don't trust you ! then you have to consider how irrelevant you are compared to MX and OG.

When I discuss JL I always treat OG with respect because that international border with Kenya crap I don't believe in it, so I don't treat OG as laangaab aliens in JL but as equal partner with consideration to Garisa. I consider that butthurt siju Sh. kulkuli a Jubaland and part of a major stakeholder of JL same as me.

We have history of fighting each other but also working together going back more than a 100 years.

I can't say the same for Harti I am sorry bro but you are just an irrelevant minority when compared to OG and MX.

Half the town is Warsan/Dhulos, western side of the district is dhulbahante, you got even our brothers gahayle-siwaqroon who lost 'laaso surad' coastline, baddasi dhan illa 'garacad' in la soo xirto weeye.
