Iran's preparing

In 2021 there’s not a single Muslim country that’s really afraid of the America military their biggest fear is economic sanctions

Turkey right now has many secret undeclared embargoes for against them against dual use civilian goods and it’s the cause of the weakening of their currency in international valuation but Alhamdulilah they’re committed not to bend

Iran suffers in part due to their foolhardy insistence on competing with the U.S. in the Arab world.

I don't understand why the Persians continue to involve themselves in Arab affairs, especially when the Arab Nation generally doesn't like them.

this is something that has perplexed me for a very very long time.

Iran’s hostility to Israel truly makes no sense at all, they aren’t even close together geographically. Israel poses zero threat to them. What the hell does Iran want from them?

The idea that they are against Israel due to “Islamic solidarity” is also nonsense as Iran has long supported Armenia in its conflict with Azerbaijan.

irans conflict with Israel has cost its economy hundreds of billions of dollars over the decades, it really makes no sense.

Because there are a lot of Shias in the Arab world and Iran wants to bring those Shias in their sphere of influence. Same way Saudi goes after Sunni Muslim countries with their wahhabi terror.

Iraq could’ve America easily destroyed the American army if Saddam Hussein didn’t hide in a hole outside his hometown of Tikrit instead of fighting back during the 2003 American invasion of Iraq

That's not entirely true. After failed invasion of Kuwait the UN led by US imposed heavy sanctions on Iraq weakening it's military and economical state. Also a large section of the Iraqi army defected to the American side or dropped their weapons. Half a million Iraqi solider turned mercenaries overnight.

By far Iraq is the biggest US blunder in modern times. It was such strong and rich country, a power to be reckoned with. US has taken Iraq because it gotten too strong and threatening it's sweetheart Israel. Remember a top American diplomat stating that it's unfortunate Iraq and Iran could totally destroy one another in their 8 year war because they both posed a menace to American intrest.

Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.
None of this will stop the Americans if they attack them like Iraq. Iraq had the fourth largest army on the planet and they got folded like a towel. Their navy is laughable and their airforce is old af. They will be lucky to fight off Israel let alone the USA.
Iraq is much smaller, flat desert terrain, a population that is divided along secretariaten lines. Iran is Afghanistan x100
It is huge country with massive population and are more United.
The US would have very little trouble bombing them and probably destroying much of the Iranian military capabilities but they wouldn’t get in the ground and simply drive into Iranian cities

They were vastly outnumbered qualitatively by the US and its coalition. But there is one other major factor that Americans don’t mention their air bombardment didn’t even do much damage . Despite all of those odds, despite being tired and having bad equiptment they also did something on their own that signed their demise.

They gave up the initiative. They invaded Kuwait with over 100–150,000 troops, conquered it and than…..

Stopped.

And not only did they stop. They stopped and allowed one of the biggest military coalition in the history of the world to assemble just a few miles from them across the border for 5 1/2 months

A few days after the Kuwaiti invasion, the best that the US could get to the area were a few squadrons of F-15s, a carrier battle group and light infantry forces from the 82nd & 101st Abn Divs as well as a 2300 man Marine MEU.
America used the GPS as a force multiplier. Iran is much more advanced than Iraq.

I think you guys are forgetting the bigger picture, ever since the mullahs has been in charge of Iran, the western world has been egging to toppling Iran, and Israel wants Iran to be destroyed from beginning they are the ones who’ve actually started the bad relationship and Iran has so far influence in Iraq, Lebanon, Syria and certain extent Yemen, this is best military Iran has been in decades

Saxiib, if the US fumbled with Afghanistan, it can in no way truly conquer and hold Iran, a similarly mountainous country with a stronger, more unified government. And the Iranians are remarkably self-sufficient. An uncle of mine who went there on a business trip recently recounted to me how they manufacture everything from the smallest bolt to even some vehicles. These guys have adapted to the sanctions, even if they can never match the US' military tech.
People forget Iran's HDI went from 0.443 (on par with somalia) to 0.780 in 30 years which is better than Cuba or Mexico. If they weren't under sanctions, they'd be close to the 1st world. They are a very, very capable nation.

The Persians interfere with the Arabs because of geopolitical circumstances, if they didn't interfere in Arab affairs then defo the Arabs would interfere with them. It's just sectarian Sunni vs Shia nonsense that has been going since the Islamic empire periods.
