Iran been a war with iraq for 8 years backed by the west and majority of arab countries if they couldn’t defeat them when they were weaker less sophisticated than they are I don’t think air strike here and there will do much….

BRICS constantly posture as an alternative to US power, yet its silence is deafening as Iran is being encircled and threatened with state collapse by Israel-US-G7 axis.
There is no anti-imperial bloc, nor are they any challenge to the current US-led Liberal economic order. What exists are states seeking leverage to renegotiate their position with in this system.

They way i understood it BRICS is not a military alliance , it's just an economic bloc and people agreeing to trade primarily with eachother to circumvent America's/EU's sanction powers and global trade dominance.

So in short they don't really have any obligations or agreements to aid eachother militarily

Here's my prediction if US joins the war against Iran:

• Many other NATO countries will also join the war.
• US will use bunker buster bombs, it could release massive radioactive material into the environment.
• Iran will use most its sophisticated missiles to inflict severe damage to Israeli cities and other gov infrastructures.
• Not a single other country will step up to defend Iran in a direct confrontation with US and allies.
• khamenei will be assassinated.

This will likely happen but I don't think they will give Iran a chance to retaliate and they won't kill Khamenei. Iran better hope that all of this is just posturing for negotiations.
