How genetic is IQ really can it be evened out within the next 50 years?

Rural kenyan children in Embu county within 14 years of basic kenyan level education and nutrition increased their iq by 26 points. Which puts their average likely around 100 a very good starting point to be in Africa. Their were similiar findings in Dominican Republic

James flynn has a great ted talk on how IQ will actually just increase with Urbanization and Industrialization.

The realist part people need to accept is, low IQ= low success.

You need to realize IQ is a scam, there is no such thing as accurately quantifying intelligence. Especially not natural born intelligence. The most they can do is test knowledge and memory, these are things that can be trained. You even said it yourself, you can raise your IQ. So the problem isn't IQ, it's the education.

The racists have the burden of proofbif they claim there is IQ difference between races based on genetics. If they say culture or wealth they may have something to work with
