I have an IQ of 300
I will be visiting Somalia for the first time quite soon and I was wondering if I could get any recommendations for any mobile data/wifi packages that should comfortably last me a month.

Just like many others I cannot survive without some kind of connection to the internet :jcoleno:

Well you are lucky your visit wasnt last month because then you would be livin stone age. there was internet outage in somalia after ship cut their sea cable. losing $10 million each day for a month. bringin stand still to whole country. its workin now tho.
1GB data is around $2 dollars there.

in sland the internet is much better than somalia with fiber optic speed. broadband is provided somcable/somcable charges $25 for monthly data, 2 GB max per day.

4G mobile data is cheap. the cheapest you can buy is monthly package of 9GB at $5, max 300mb per day speed is around 3mbs.

$15 will give u enough to stream netflix and stay connected on the go.

Golis Telecom is the main provider in Puntland and they have 4G data, not sure how much it's going to cost you. Most high-end restaurants have wifi, just ask for the code, the same goes for hotels. The kids there use a certain a low data consuming app that enables them to browse the internet. I forgot what it was called, but it was a gift from heaven when I was there.

That was Xamar, not Puntland. Besides the guy specifically said he will be visiting Bosaso and Galkayo, why inject lalaland into this?:gucciwhat:
