Interesting outlook on the future of Oman's economy

Out of all of the khaleej they’ve always been the poorest, with the least oil/gas reserve, and when they had the oil/gas they never attempted at bothering to diversify the economy like what Qatar/UAE and now Saudi are doing.

If this was 2017 he'd be right, but with initiatives like the Duqm free zone and 19% increase in foreign direct investment in the first quarter of 2022 and the huge rise in non-oil exports in 2021 are encouraging.

Crazy how calm, quiet and peaceful it is over there, since its beside Yemen, Saudi, Somalia, Iran etc.

Don't be a self-deprecating coon and unnecessarily insult your homeland, walaal. The only reason Somalia isn't the same is the lack of oil extraction (or presence) and betting on the wrong horse (USSR rather than the USA). This was like 90% of Arabia in the 1970s:
