Not very strategic when they only control a fraction of their own land, not to speak of the non-RX land in KGS. It's in RX's best interest to first make sure that Mirifle and Digil get along politically, before attempting to take any further measure. The Tunnis were not happy with the incident in Barawe.

I don’t think I ever said they were disbanded. I said they “will” get disbanded. This is what Habesha who are close to the federal government have told us. This includes all the regions. @GaradShabeel can confirm this.

Sure, but Somalia need to wait until they are in a position of leverage when the time comes to 'negotiate' exact borders with Ethiopia, even though there're currently an administrative border now.

Imagine trying to do it now or anytime for the last 30 years? Ethiopia would've swallowed more lands any time Somalia would've made any attempt, let alone demands. The time prior to the 90s, Somalia claimed Galbeed as truly theirs, which then would've been stupid to make any demarcation and further legitimize Ethiopian rule.
