You should know not to approach and interpret the mysteries at face value; some believe astrology to be revelatory and some (like you have alluded) believe that the stars are the mechanism in which ritualistic prayer hinges upon, what is only worth noting is that enough people fall into either of the two groups and as such can be easily exploited - of course only if the morals of your dogma permit it. Rizq only comes from God, you can deny or accept it, attribute it to yourself or to another part of creation, that fact remains unchanged.

I agree on this point, and I highly doubt these reports of UFO's being found on Earth being of alien origin. For one, it would be extremely difficult for an alien spacecraft to enter the Earth without being detected. NASA tracks space debris that is >10cm and any debris >3mm can be detected by radar. Unless these aliens are incredibly small, how would they go by undetected? Also, objects that enter Earth's atmosphere will end up burning, increasing the likelihood of detection.
Do aliens exist? I don't know. But even if they do, what is the likelihood that they exist close enough to Earth to travel to us within their lifespan? The universe is a big place, and even the speed of light is slow in terms of the universe.
Considering that it is impossible to travel at the speed of light, even if aliens existed, these aliens would have to be lucky enough to live near our solar system to travel fast enough to Earth within their lifespan (or reproduce during their trip). I think its far more likely that, if aliens do exist, we would not know for a long time because they could live in a part of the solar system that is hundreds of thousands or millions of light years away.
I don't know if it is actually a manipulation tactic by the government though, I guess it could serve as a benefit of distracting people though? I think it could also be that these intelligence officials are confused. They aren't really scientists, they are military experts. They don't know the improbability of this occurring. From their perspective, they see some strange thing flying and immediately assume it is an alien. It could be some bird flying which was misidentified by the camera. Maybe the camera had some technical defect causing the UFO to be seen in an image. Maybe a foreign government is launching a spy balloon. Maybe some amateur drone pilot wants to fly things without being identified. Also, where are these aliens sleeping, eating, etc? You can't just fly around Earth forever in a UFO - why aren't there sightings of alien civilizations? I don't think there are any aliens on earth at the moment, and simply seeing something suspicious is not enough evidence to conclude as such.
