Indonesia The Largest Muslim Populated Country

EID AT INDONESIA
The economy of Indonesia is the largest in Southeast Asia and is one of the emerging market economies. As an upper-middle income country & member of the G20, Indonesia is classified as a newly industrialized country.[29] It is the 15th largest economy in the world by nominal GDP and the 7th largest in terms of GDP (PPP). Estimated at US$40 billion in 2019, Indonesia's Internet economy is expected to cross the US$130 billion mark by 2025.[30] Indonesia depends on domestic market and government budget spending and its ownership of state-owned enterprises (the central government owns 141 enterprises). The administration of prices of a range of basic goods (including rice and electricity) also plays a significant role in Indonesia's market economy. Indonesia is predicted to be the 4th largest economy in the world by 2045. Joko Widodo has stated that his cabinet's calculations showed that by 2045, Indonesia will have a population of 309 million people. By Widodo's estimate, there would be economic growth of 5−6% & GDP US$9.1 trillion. Indonesia's income per capita is expected to reach US$29,000.

This what an Indonesian had to say about the changes in 30 years

However muslim in Indonesia become more and more religious, which indicate by :

  1. More and more muslim woman wear hijab, while muslim man pray 5 times per day in Mosque. 30 years ago, less than 10 peoples doing morning (shubh) pray in Mosque, but now it constitute several rows consist almost 100 peoples or 1/3 of the mosqued occupied even though mosques almost 90% occupied during Jumah pray
  2. More mosques and prayer room available. In tower building office, even they provide prayer room in every level. More workers come mosques for congregation pray rather than doing individual pray in their working space. Mall provide mosques and more local government make regulation that every mall need to provide proper prayer room
  3. More and more peoples doing i’tikaf during Ramadhan in the last 10 days of month Ramadhan. It can be seen in the famous mosques like Istiqlal, Al-Azhar, campus mosques which provide facilities for i’tiqaf.

In Short this country will dominate south east asia economies. However from what I've their a lot of practicing Muslims and extremally beautiful nature. My question is why do I never hear anything about Indonesians.
What do you guys think about Indonesia?

Gladiolus

Somali, is a race
Absolutely beautiful Ma Sha Allah, the congregation reminds me of haj.

I would love to know as well. If in the likely Somalia doesnt change in the next five years I would love to move to another Muslim country, preferably an African Muslim country, my second choice for now is Senegal but I have been thinking of Indonesia or Malaysia too. If anyone here knows what the Muslims are like towards African Muslims as well as life in general in those countries please share.

Indonesia and Malaysia don't really care. The Malay Archipelago has many different ethnic groups and some of them are dark skin. You'll probably have an easier time with racism than living in Europe.

A lot of them used to add me on FB, but mashaaAllaah and Allaahuma Baarik, they are nice and beautiful people. If they are getting closed to their deen, good for them, that leads to success in this world and in the next.
