Not even close, Somalia has some positive that India doesn’t have-
1. Small population 15 million.
2. Same religion and language 99%
3. Mostly same ethnicity 85%
4. Not a complete desert, at-least if they take care of desertication
5. Pollution isn’t nearly as bad as India nobody shits on beaches.
