It’s not flawed at all. The amount of thugs that get killed by the police is peanuts compared to street violence that takes away thousands of young black males.

Crime stats are misleading.
Black people and White people in America take drugs at equal rates but Blacks have higher arrests and therefore higher crime stats.
Arresting people for resisting arrest begs the question: What were they being initially arrested for that they resisted?
In far too many occasions, people that are arrested for resisting arrest were not even being arrested for anything in the first place.
As for London's stop and search, comprehensive studies have proved that stop and search or stop and frisk is a useless in actually arresting people.
